Notice for Successful candidates in 2014 Spring semester

Congratulations for your admission!

 

This is important information for you, please read it carefully.

 

Class information and Academic information for graduate school students will be noticed  until around first week of February.

 

 1. Certificate of admission

We will send you certificate of admission, certificate of scholarship, invitation letter, tuition bill, admission package soon.

 

2. Registration

   You can also print out tuition bill on web site ( http://grad.ajou.ac.kr )

a. period : from Jan. 6th to 8th. 2014

b. Payment Place : Standard Chartared  Bank

If you cannot pay tuition fee in that period above, your admission will be cancelled.

Someone who cannot pay in the period above because of living abroad, please contact

me in advance until Dec. 31st (klove@ajou.ac.kr)

3. Scholarship

Your scholarship information is on the tuition bill.

Only students who earned a minimum of 4 credits in the previous semester(including

the thesis credits) and acquired over 3.5 of GPA for each semester without a

grade of 'F' in every course can apply for the scholarship.

If you applied for leave of absence, your scholarship will be cancelled.

 

4. Application for classes

a. Period : from Feb. 12th to Feb. 18th, 2014

b. How to apply: application method will be noticed on graduate school website(grad-e.ajou.ac.kr)

You can get information about classes from the coordinator in each department office.

 

4. Commencement of Spring Semester

: March 3^rd, 2014.

 

5. Student ID number

After registration period, the student ID number will be announced on website of

Graduate school (http://grad-e.ajou.ac.kr) on around 1^st week of February.

 

6. Student ID card.

You will have to apply for Student ID card to ASC(Ajou Service Center)

 

7. Orientation for International students in 2014 Spring semester.

  The schedule will be noticed later.
