Leave of absence for Long-term Overseas Posting

According to Revision of Regulations on graduate school, leave of absence for long-term overseas posting (more than one year) will not be included in the period of absence from school.

Those who are scheduled to apply for leave of absence for long-term overseas posting should send relevant documents (e.g. certificate of posting, personnel order) to our office.

It will be effective as from next semester in 2015.

Article No.14 (Period of absence) / The total period of absence is limited maximum of 4 semesters. (maximum of 2 semesters per once) If students want to extend their period of absence, they have to submit certificate of extension for absence. But, military service, long-term overseas posting and disease of absence from school is not calculated as period of absence from school. (Revision date : 2014.11.26.)
