Notice for Submission of Final Dissertation

(for those who are scheduled to graduate in February 2015)

1. Submission Period : Dec. 22nd(Mon),2014 ~ Jan.6th(Tue), 2015

2. Submission Process

 1) Connect to the website for Online Thesis submission system(dCollection).

 2) Login (ID : Student ID Number / PW: last 7 digits of your ID card number)

 3) Upload the Original File of your Dissertation (Do not set up the password and security when you save the file)

 4) Agree with CCL (Creative Commons License)

 5) After approval from system administrator, Print out your agreement on intellectual property right and sign your own autograph.(You can print it out at the menu named ‘My Submission History’ of the dCollection System.)

 6) Submit the required documents including the thesis in book form to the information support room of Central Library

3. Central Library Online System for submitting final dissertation(dCollection)

: Online thesis submission system (dCollection) will be opened on Dec. 22nd(Mon), 2014. You can upload your documents at Thesis Submission Online system (dCollection).

4. Required Documents

- Agreement on intellectual property right (with the submitter’s signature)

- Thesis in book form(with signatures of the thesis review committee) : 2 copies for Master’s / 4 copies for Doctorate

5. Place of submission : Information Support Room, 1st Floor, Central Library (The South side of Library)

6. Time for submission : From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays (Mon ~ Fri)

7. Online thesis submission system (dCollection) will be opened on Dec. 22nd(Mon), 2014.
