[Notice] Computer System for classes of Nonsubject, Fall 2014

Students who entered after 2014 can apply for classes of nonsubject based on research study and get confirmation on completion of online lecture by using computer system(Aims Portal). Please refer to the information as below.

◆ Qualifications for Compulsory education of Nonsubject based on Research Study

1. Eligibility criteria :　Students who entered after 2014　(Encourage students who entered before 2014 to take classes)

2. Qualifications for completion :

- Students who take classes will be recognized alternatively.

- Students in doctorate programs will be exempted from "Research Ethics" once and from "Research Note Writing" in case that a student completed those classes in his/her Master's programs.

Research Ethics	- Master's Program : at least once or more - Doctorate Program and integrated program : at least twice or more	Students who entered after 2014	Before submitting Thesis
Research Note Writing	at least once or more	Students who entered after 2014 (Limited in Natural Science and Engineering)	until 2nd Semester (Recommendation)
Thesis Writing	at least once or more	Students who entered after 2014	until 2nd Semester (Recommendation)

※ Students who entered after 2014 can’t submit thesis for degree when they didn't complete above classes for nonsubject.

◆ An annual Plan for education of Nonsubject based on research study

- Please refer to below annual schedule of education program.

- Students have to complete all courses before submitting thesis for degree (dissertation).

- Students can make a choice between Off-Line education program and On-Line education program.

- We will notice you separately before implementation of education program

Mandatory	Research Note Writing	Special Lecture: once in a Spring semester	May	•Research Note(KIRD) (Tuition Fee :　KRW 5,000)
		*Open the subject related to molecule (Spring Semester) - Introduction to Molecular Science and Technology	3rd week in March
Mandatory	Thesis Writing	*Open the subject related to molecule (Fall Semester) - Full Cycle Research Methodology	September	Contents are posted on e-class

※ Students who take on-line courses through KIRD website have to register in ‘Nonsubject(비교과)’ menu on the AIMS Portal Website after receiving confirmation letter of completion.
