1. Recipient 1. A student who completed the minimum registration semester but who failed to complete the course of study can register 6 credits or less (including research credits) ※ Minimum Registration Semester - Master's program: 2 years (4 semesters) - Doctorate program: 2 years (4 semesters) - Integrated program of M.S and Ph.D: 4 years (8 semesters)
2. How to apply 1. Time of application: 2013. 08. 05. (Mon) ~ 08. 30. (Fri) 2. Documents to be submitted: Tuition Fees Reduction Application (attached below) 3. Submitting: Send it to the graduate school e-mail (rachelb@ajou.ac.kr) 4. Confirming
3. How to Register 1. Printing the Bill: 2013. 09. 02. (Mon) ~ 09. 13. (Fri) (expected) 2. Period of Register: 2013. 09. 11. (Wed) ~ 09. 13. (Fri) 3. Notice 1) In case of the reduction applicant, it will be reflected on the tuition fees bill after submitting the application form and confirming the final application for classes on early of September. 2) Therefore, applicant cannot register on the normal period (2013.08.26. ~ 08.30.) and should pay on the period of printing the bill or registration.
4. Reduction of tuition fees 1. 1/3 of the tuition fees reduced for those who acquire 0 to 3 credits 2. 1/2 of the tuition fees reduced for those who acquire 4 to 6 credits 3. No reduction of the tuition fees for those who acquire 7 credits or more
